I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor who draws on three complementary and reinforcing theories: Person-centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis.
I experience myself as being warm, friendly, approachable and reliable. I value being genuine, sincere, accountable and reliable.

As a registered member of BACP and to ensure that I work ethically, safely, and professionally, I have a supervisor with whom I meet fortnightly to discuss my counselling work practice.
I assure you that I will provide the support necessary as you help you explore your experiences in a safe, professional and confidential environment.
I am fortunate to have spent eighteen years volunteering in my communities, supporting individuals recovering from addiction. Additionally, I've gained a lot of insight from helping others and understanding the nature of addiction. It has been very rewarding; watching people change their lives has been profound.
